Lusaka City Council Metro Manager is an online platform for submission and processing of consntruction permits. The system has been in use since its launch in January 2019.
To use this system to submit construction permits application you have to register. If you have already registered, you can login straight.

you can submit new applications for constructions permits. This could be for permission to;

2. Subdivide/Consolidate Land
3. Change of Land Use
